The waiting list is currently closed. We are no longer accepting self or provider referrals. If you are already on the waitlist, we will reach out to you to determine how we can move forward. Please do not reach out us at this time — we are overwhelmed with questions about the waitlist. We are currently unable to provide an estimated wait-time.

We are pausing routine clinical care for registered patients via virtual visits as of December 1, 2022. We are actively trying to secure funding in order to continue to provide care.

If you are an existing patient with an appointment December onwards, we will contact you directly in order to make a plan for your care.

If you are an existing patient looking to get your prescription renewed, please ask your pharmacy to fax a prescription renewal request to us at 437 317 9843 before you run out of your medications.
